Man gets $150K bond after shots fired in Pharr

PHARR, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A man detained earlier this week on charges of deadly conduct was arraigned in Pharr on Tuesday.

Eduardo Pena, 46, was detained Monday after shots were fired at the 5000 block of N. Gumwood St. in Pharr.

Pena was also arraigned on a charge of burglary of habitation.

Police reported that no injuries had been reported at the scene.

His total bond for the deadly conduct and burglary of habitation charges totaled to $150,000.

Minors struck by vehicle in Mission, driver arrested

Pena was transported to the Hidalgo County Jail.
