City officials say the water plant cannot produce the amount of water necessary for its community with the two missing filters.

"We have contracted with a service company to rehabilitate the two filters which a currently offline," La Grulla City officials say. " We will be working on one filter at a time in order to be able to produce more water as soon as possible."The city advises residents to limit their water use to the "bare minimum" in an effort to conserve water.

This issue will take up to three to four weeks to complete.
