Harlingen runoff races for Dec. 14 election

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Harlingen has three runoff elections for commissioner seats in the Dec. 14 election.

The races are as follows:

• Commissioner District 3
• Commissioner District 4
• Commissioner District 5

Mike Mezmar and R. Frank Lozano will battle it out at the polls again for the Commissioner District 3 spot.

Frank Morales and Beto Peña will face off again for the Commissioner District 4 title.

Rene Perez and Nikki Alvarez-Daniell will go against each other for the Commissioner District 5 seat.

Election day is Dec. 14.
