Harlingen CISD Performing Arts Academy presents Moana Jr.

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Harlingen CISD theater director Erica Vela discussed the upcoming production of "Moana Jr." at the Harlingen CISD Performing Arts Academy involving 165 students.

Erica shared her journey in theater, having joined at age 10, and encourages shy students to believe in themselves and audition.

The school district offers a summer program for those interested in trying theater.

The show will be performed at the Harlingen CISD Performing Arts Academy located at 3217 W. Wilson Rd.

Beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15, and 7 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 2:30 p.m. with tickets available here.
