Fallek: New McAllen industrial park will create hundreds of new jobs

MCALLEN, Texas – Land Developer Michael Fallek is predicting great things for his latest venture – the 125-acre McAllen South Industrial Park off Military Highway between 10th and 23rd streets in south McAllen. 

“This industrial park is going to create hundreds of millions of dollars in economic activity. It’s going to create hundreds of jobs for those living here in the region. We’re excited about the opportunities that this is bringing to the community,” Fallek said.
