Everything Manny Cruz said at LRGVDC’s 2025 State of the COG

WESLACO, Texas – Manuel “Manny” Cruz is executive director of the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council.

LRGVDC is the official Council of Government for Hidalgo, Cameron, and Willacy counties. 

The group recently held its first ever State of the COG. At the event, Cruz gave the annual report and budget.
