MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A public sexual performance that took place at a local business was confirmed to be a nightclub in downtown McAllen, court documents reveal.
The McAllen Police Department issued a warrant of arrest for four suspects involved in the sexual act that took place August 4 at Santa Diabla, a night club located on 1704 W. Dallas Ave.
Following the sexual performance, a video of the incident was reported to McAllen police.
According to court documents, the video revealed a performer and a man having sex on the dance floor of Santa Diabla.
Investigators identified Dionicio Luna Aguirre, 40, as the person in the video having sex with the performer. The performer was identified by police as 38-year-old Diego Rodrigo Barros.
On August 26, McAllen police released a public notice to locate Aguirre.
Two days after the wanted notice was out, Aguirre turned himself in. He was booked into the Hidalgo County Jail on a charge of public lewdness with a bond set at $2,000.
A total of three people have been arrested in connection to the public sexual performance, McAllen police say.
Barros remains wanted by police.
