CITIZEN ALERT:

The City of Alamo Board of Commissioners will hold public hearings on significant zoning changes, including rezoning 4.733 acres from residential to commercial, and a Conditional Use Permit for on-site alcoholic beverage sales. The agenda also includes codifying a new 20% fee for lien costs on property mowing, a report on delinquent fees, and updates/acceptance of major infrastructure projects like the TXDOT/FM-907 Drainage Project and the CWSRF Wastewater System Improvements Project.
