CCSO search for woman seen crossing stolen vehicle into Mexico

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Cameron County deputies are searching for a woman who was allegedly seen crossing a stolen vehicle into Mexico.

On Saturday, authorities received a report regarding a stolen vehicle at the Hidden Oaks Subdivision.

According to a news release from the Cameron County Sheriff's Office, the woman was seen on surveillance footage crossing the stolen vehicle into Mexico the same day.

The woman is a person of interest in the theft of motor vehicle investigation, deputies say.
