Campos: Why investors from India should consider Harlingen

BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Orlando Campos, executive director of Harlingen Economic Development Corporation, made a pitch to potential investors from India.

Campos made his pitch at an event hosted by the Council for South Texas Economic Progress that was held at the Port of Brownsville.
