- Residents of the Paseo De La Resaca district may soon be surveyed on how to allocate PID funds, with options including neighborhood infrastructure improvements or a reduction in future PID assessments.
Resident Survey and PID Fund Allocation
- The Board will discuss circulating a survey to residents to identify priorities for PID funds, such as replacing playground equipment, installing trees and benches, or repairing irrigation systems.
- The survey will also offer residents the option to choose a reduction in future PID assessments as soon as feasible.
Infrastructure and Flood Response
- Discussion and possible action on implementing a drainage protocol to clarify responsibilities for maintaining waterways during heavy rainfall to ensure a coordinated flood response.
- Consideration of resuming maintenance services for two resaca aerators located between Emerald Cove and Emerald Valley, and between Emerald Cove and Fox Hollow.
District Operations and Beautification
- Review of a proposal for a pollinator garden to be located behind Hudson Elementary.
- Discussion on designating a specific percentage or amount of the budget for safety and beautification purchases at regular intervals.
- Acknowledgment of the financial report and authorization for the payment of claims and execution of checks.
- Review of the districtโs amended investment and strategy statement policy.
