BISD seeks to fill Board President position

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Brownsville Independent School District is opening applications to fill a vacancy for its Board President position.

This comes after the Brownsville community lost BISD Board President Erasmo Castro in February.

A special meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. March 14 in the BISD Boardroom to consider eligible candidates.

Those interested can submit the application below. The deadline to apply is noon March 12.
