BARCC announces partnership for Empty the Shelters Initiative

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Brownsville Animal Regulation Care Center announced a partnership with the BISSELL Pet Foundation Empty the Shelters initiative.

According to BARCC, they will be hosting a special reduced-fee adoption event from July 8 through 31, where you can find your furry companion to bring home.

With this new partnership, there is no price for adopting a dog and cats will be at $20.
