Baby Bump and Beyond Expo by South Texas Health System

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Maternity Center at South Texas Health System is aiming to help pregnant mothers alleviate some stress.

Join STHS at its second annual Baby Bump and Beyond Expo.

The free event will include special presentations aimed at addressing concerns about the labor and delivery process, as well as caring for your baby — and yourself — once they’re born. Topics will include infant health, breastfeeding, care post-delivery, adjusting to parenting, and mental health and postpartum depression.
