    • 2. Discuss and consider approving a Memorandum of Understanding between Hidalgo County and the City of Alton for equipment loan/sharing and authorizing the Fire Chief to execute any related documents.
    • 3. Discuss and consider approving the Investment Reports for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2025 for all City's funds and Bank of Oklahoma Financial (BOKF) Escrow account, in accordance with the Public Funds Investment Act.
