Accident with school bus in La Feria causes traffic back up

LA FERIA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — An accident in La Feria has caused traffic delays on the expressway.

The accident occurred on West White Ranch Road in the eastbound lanes.

A South Texas Independent School District bus and two other vehicles were involved, according to La Feria Police Officer, Cesar Diaz.

Emergency Medical Services are currently checking two students who were onboard the bus. The Department of Public Safety is also assisting at the scene.

No injuries have been reported.
