4Ever Family: Moses and Jose

3 months ago 90

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Every week, CBS 4 works to find a forever home for a Rio Grande Valley foster child as part of our “4Ever Family” partnership with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

Jose is a very active 12-year-old. He likes playing basketball and sports in general. He can be described as having an extroverted personality and is a fan of playing video games with his brother.

At school, Jose enjoys his orchestra class where he plays the violin, and takes part in gym class. Jose is still indecisive about what he wants to major in at college but knows he still has a few years to think about it. But he doesn’t have to think long of an answer when asked his favorite food, as it's lemon pepper wings from Wingstop.

14-year-old Moses is the older brother and a little more quiet than his younger brother who he enjoys spending time with. He also likes helping around the house and being involved in family activities.

Moses loves reading and collecting Batman comics, playing basketball, and video games with his brother.

At school, Moses loves his history classes and playing for the school football team. Like his younger brother Moses also shares a talent for playing the violin. As for his college goals, he would like to pursue a degree to become an architect.

A fun outing for Moses is a meal at Pizza Hut with his brother.

Jose and Moses desire to be adopted by a mother and father, who have the same love of pets they do, along with sports.
