3 spider monkeys seized at Falfurrias Checkpoint

FALFURRIAS, Texas (ValleyCentral) — United States Border Patrol seized three spider monkeys at a checkpoint.

In a social media post, Border Patrol says a vehicle at the Falfurrias Checkpoint tried to smuggle three spider monkeys.

The monkeys were found inside a grey carrier and wrapped in a black cloth.

All three monkeys were seized and rescued.
