Edinburg PD release photos of car that hit motorcyclist

EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Edinburg Police Department released photos of the suspected vehicle involved in last week's motorcycle crash.

Shortly before 8 p.m. on March 31 a vehicle struck two motorcyclists on the northbound lanes of S. IH69C and Trenton Rd. The SUV fled the scene after the crash.

65-year-old Jose Angle Martinez III was one of the motorcyclists injured in the crash along with his girlfriend. Martinez wishes the suspect would come forward to the police.

“Why did you hit me? Maybe you were on the phone, or drunk or whatever, you know you almost killed me,” Martinez said.
