EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral)— The newly acquired Echo Hotel in Edinburg will be remodeled into an office for Zoho Corporation this summer.
Zoho, an Austin software company, purchased the historic hotel in April with plans to expand its operations in the Rio Grande Valley.
According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the first floor will be renovated into an open office with conference rooms.
Less than half of the floor area on the second, third, and fourth floors will be renovated into hotel suites.
The $10 million project will begin on July 1, 2025, and is anticipated to be complete by July 2026.
