Woman accused of buying vehicle in McAllen using false information

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman who allegedly purchased a vehicle out of McAllen using false information, police say.

Jayevia Danae Foreman, 20, is facing a felony charge of theft by deception.

According to police, Foreman purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Trax from a business on the 800 block of Bus. 83 using personal documents that were "presented under false pretense to finance and purchase a motor vehicle."

The vehicle was later recovered by the business, police said.

Foreman is approximately five feet tall, weighs 155 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Her last known address is in Caddo Mills.
