Weslaco PD: Frontage accident causes road closures, delays

WESLACO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Weslaco Police Department announced a road closure is expected following a car accident that happened Thursday morning.

According to police, the accident happened on the eastbound lanes of 500 block Frontage Road.

Traffic delays are expected on Frontage Road between Westgate and Texas Boulevard due to the road closure.

Police are asking drivers to find alternative routes.
