WCSO: Burglary suspect revealed to be fugitive

WILLACY COUNTY, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A burglary suspect wanted by the Willacy County Sheriff's Office was also a fugitive wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service, according to the agency.

Willacy County authorities say Reynaldo Reyes Jr. was identified as a suspect in a burglary of habitation investigation.

During the investigation, deputies discovered that Reyes was also a fugitive wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for probation violation of obscene material/child porn, according to the Willacy County Sheriff's Office.

Reyes was located by WCSO investigators and arrested on the U.S. Marshals' warrant without further incident.

Reyes was booked at the Willacy County jail, where he awaits pickup by the U.S. Marshals Service.

The burglary investigation continues.
