ValleyCentral to volunteer at Loaves & Fishes for Founders Day 2024

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Tomorrow is our annual Founder's Day where our station, along with other stations across Nexstar, will be dedicating the day to volunteering.

As part of our mission as journalists at CBS4 and NBC23 we aim to give back to the community that we help inform everyday. This is the 28th annual Founder's Day of Caring across Nexstar.

This year we will be dedicating our efforts to Loaves & Fishes of the Rio Grande Valley in Harlingen.

Our talent and all other departments at our station will be volunteering at the nonprofit from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We will be preparing meals, on clean up duty before and after and distributing meals to those in need.

Our ValleyCentral team looks forward to giving back to our community.
