ValleyCentral Team of the Week Winner Week 3: Palmview Lobos

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The votes are in for Week 3 of ValleyCentral's Team of the Week, for Rio Grande Valley high school football.

This week's winner is the Palmview Lobos.

The Lobos received 58% of the vote with 607 votes. In second place, the La Villa Cardinals with 36% getting 383 votes, and the Mission Veterans Memorial Patriots in third place, with 6% getting 68 votes.

Palmview defeated the Brownsville Lopez Lobos last Thursday by a score of 50-20.

This week, the Lobos will travel to McAllen to take on the Rowe Warriors on Saturday. Kick off is set for 7:30 p.m.
