The Planning and Zoning Commission of Edinburg will hold a regular meeting on January 22, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall-Council Chambers. The commission will consider various agenda items, including a rezoning request from Commercial, General (CG) district to Industrial, General (IG) district for a property located at 1000 W. Farm-To-Market 2812. The property, which is currently vacant, has a total frontage of approximately 300 feet along W. The commission will also review the minutes of the previous meeting and consider excusing the absence of Board Member Rodolfo "Rudy" Ramirez from the January 8, 2026, regular meeting.
