MISSION, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Two undocumented men accused of breaking into a Mission home and assaulting a woman and her teen son were issued a $1,500,000 bond.
Carlos Gavia Anguiano, 33, and Alexander Escayola Molina, 41, were charged with two counts of burglary of habitation with intent to commit a felony and one count of engaging in organized criminal activity during a scheduled arraignment at the Mission Police Station.
During the arraignment, both Anguiano and Molina confirmed with the judge that they are both undocumented men and are Mexican citizens.
Background
At approximately 10:16 p.m. on May 30, two men forcefully entered a home located at the 2400 block of East 6th Street, according to a news release from the Mission Police Department.
While inside, the men tied up two victims, a 52-year-old woman and her 14-year-old son.

Authorities say both victims were physically assaulted and the woman suffered fractures on the right side of her face.
During the incident, the son managed to escape and get help, however, the suspects left the scene with an estimated $20,000 in cash and some jewelry, the release added.
On June 6, authorities received a tip that both suspects were at a mobile home park in Pharr, located at the 900 block of East Sioux Road.
At approximately 12:41 p.m., both suspects were located and arrested with the assistance of state, federal and local law enforcement.
Police say the men, later identified as Anguiano and Molina, are undocumented.
Authorities arrested another man, identified as 37-year-old Jonathan Alexander Rodriguez Goana, who is allegedly involved in the same case.

On Tuesday, Rodriguez Goana was charged with two counts of burglary of a habitat and one count of engaging in criminal activity.
Rodriguez Goana was given a total bond of $1,350,000.
Angiano and Molina were each issued a total bond of $1,500,000 and are being transported to the Hidalgo County Jail.
