TxDOT: Eastbound I-2 on-ramp in Harlingen to close Monday night

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Texas Department of Transportation announced the eastbound Interstate 2 (I-2) on-ramp, before the Downtown Harlingen Exit 175, will close Monday evening.

The closure will begin at 8 p.m. and will remain closed through Aug. 25 for traffic rail repairs.

Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
