TxDOT asks for public input on proposed FM 1015 project

EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Texas Department of Transportation will hold two meetings to gather public input on a proposed project in Hidalgo County.

TxDOT has proposed to widen FM 1015 from Mile 12 Road in Mercedes to State Highway 107 in Edcouch.

Participants have the option to attend a virtual or in-person meeting.

The virtual meeting can be found by visiting the TxDOT website and searching "FM 1015 Widening Project" in the keyword search bar.

The virtual meeting launches Wednesday, June 11, through Friday, June 27.

An in-person meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m., Thursday, June 12. It will be held at Santiago Garcia Elementary School Cafeteria on 101 E. Santa Rosa Ave. in Edcouch.
