Traffic delays on expressway in Harlingen

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Surveillance footage by the Texas Department of Transportation shows traffic at a standstill in Harlingen.

Traffic is at a standstill along the eastbound lanes of the expressway by Exit 24 towards F Street and Rangerville Road.

Harlingen Fire Department and EMS were reported at the scene.

ValleyCentral reached out to Harlingen FD for comment, but has not heard back.
