The Jank Gourmet Barbecue Sauce launches in Walmart stores June 20

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Lamar Jones from The Jank Gourmet Barbecue Sauce discussed his business expansion, including a partnership with UTRGV and the launch of his barbecue sauce in Walmart.

Jones recently celebrated his 10th anniversary, highlighting his goal to be in every school in Texas and beyond.

He emphasized the quality and health benefits of his products, particularly the diabetic- and keto-friendly sauce, which is free from added sugar.

Jones will be at the Weslaco Walmart on June 20 beginning at 10 a.m. for a ribbon-cutting event, offering free food and giveaways.

Jones also mentioned his continued work at Weslaco East High School and his involvement in the special education department.
