"Unfortunately, research shows that our veterans go through several mental health issues from post-traumatic stress disorder, depression," said STHS Assistant Director of Marketing & P.R., Tom Castaneda. "They are 1.5 times more likely to commit suicide than the general population and so we just wanna make sure our community comes together to support our veterans."

Free food, live music, games and a community fair that will highlight veteran services and resources available in the Valley.

STHS will also reveal its STHS Veteran of the Year, an annual award presented to a member of the STHS staff who proudly served in the military.
