STHS: Baby Bump & Beyond Expo

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The South Texas Health System Baby Bump & Beyond Expo aims to support new and expecting mothers by providing free educational resources and a supportive community this weekend.

The event will feature over 100 attendees and more than 12 vendors offering information on fitness, nutrition, breastfeeding, and common pregnancy concerns, including NICU environments and C-section avoidance.

Hosted by South Texas Health System, the expo also emphasizes the importance of community support, inviting parents and grandparents to participate and learn together.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, Aug. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at South Texas Health System in McAllen at 301 West Expressway 83.
