State addresses recovery efforts after Beryl

AUSTIN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — As the remnants of Hurricane Beryl continue to affect power, water and other essentials for Texans, acting Governor Dan Patrick and the Texas Division of Emergency Management are meeting to speak on recovery efforts.

TDEM Chief Nim Kidd will accompany Patrick at a news conference to address the public.
