Spotlight on Starr: Videos of the four county commissioners

RIO GRANDE CITY, Texas – Starr County Judge Eloy Vera recently held his 2025 State of the County Address at the Julabe Events Center in Rio Grande City.

Before the judge gave his address, a number of short videos were played on two large screens. There were videos played featuring each of the four county commissioners. Here they are:
