Spotlight on Starr: Rep. Henry Cuellar, SCIF, STC, and Starr County Memorial Hospital

RIO GRANDE CITY, Texas – Starr County Judge Eloy Vera recently held his 2025 State of the County Address at the Julabe Events Center in Rio Grande City.

Before the judge gave his address, a number of short videos were played on two large screens. 

Among these were videos produced by U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, Starr County Industrial Foundation, South Texas College, and Starr County Memorial Hospital.
