South Texas Frown Upside Down host Paws and People

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — South Texas Frown Upside Down will be hosting Paws and People in support of local animal shelter, Brownsville Animal Defense.

This event will take place on May 30 from 5 to 10 p.m. at Ranch RGV in Brownsville. It will include a pet fashion show, an adoption station and vendors.

South Texas Frown Upside Down is a local youth-founded, non-profit organization. Their mission is to bring awareness to different organizations throughout the community by hosting monthly events and participating in community initiatives.
