Silver Alert issued for 83-year-old woman out of Roma

ROMA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Starr County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating an 83-year-old woman.

Maria Lopez Zambrano was last seen at 7:52 p.m. Sunday, April 13, at the 400 block of N. Estrella St. in Roma.

Zambrano is described as five feet tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a blue shirt and beige pants.

Authorities say Zambrano only speaks Spanish and may be traveling in a 2007 black Ford 500 model with Mexico license plates.
