Siblings, daughter identifed as bodies found in Brownsville apartment

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Brownsville police have identified the three decomposed bodies that were found inside an apartment earlier this week.

The bodies were identified as Maria Esther Singh, 60; Maria Trinidad Galvan, 78; and Joaquin Galvan, 82.

Police confirmed Singh is the daughter to Joaquin Galvan and niece to Maria Galvan.

The Galvans were siblings.

Officers responded to the Conquistador Apartments Wednesday morning detecting a strong foul order from one of the units.

Inside the apartment police say they found all three bodies in a "high state of decomposition."

The cause of death for each individual is still under investigation.
