Severe storm warning issued for Starr County

STARR COUNTY, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A severe storm warning has been issued for parts of Starr County.

Meteorologist Freddy Vela says the issuance will be in effect until 6:30 p.m. as a storm moves east at 31 mph.

Strong winds, hail and heavy rain are associated with this storm.
