The free program at the Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library will run from June 17 to July 15, at 2 p.m., featuring nutrition education, food safety, and tastings of various African cuisines.

The event will highlight different African regions and their culinary traditions, including plant-based dishes low in fat and sodium.
