MISSION, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Mission police are searching for a vehicle they say was involved in a murder.
At approximately 8:57 p.m. Monday, Mission police received calls in reference to shots fired in the area of the 2500 block of West Expressway 83 in Mission.
Upon arrival, officers found a black 2020 Chevrolet Silverado partially parked on the curb of the 2400 block of Frontage Road with multiple bullet holes.
Officers located a 25-year-old man with several gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The suspect's vehicle is a blue older model pick-up truck with gray trimming on the bottom, according to Mission police.
The investigation is still ongoing.
A reward is being offered through Mission Crime Stoppers for any information that leads to an arrest.
