San Benito water to be temporarily shut off tonight

SAN BENITO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of San Benito announced there will be a temporary water service shut off on Tuesday, which will affect some residents.

The scheduled water shut off will take place at 9 p.m. in areas near Dairy Queen, which include the following:

• Harvey Drive
• El Camino Real Mobile Home Park
• Candlestick Park Subdivision
• Go Carwash

City officials say the water service is scheduled to turn back on at midnight on Wednesday, Aug. 27.
