San Benito road closures for homecoming parade on Thursday

SAN BENITO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of San Benito is reminding the public of an upcoming road closure due to the San Benito Consolidated Independent School District Homecoming Parade.

The road closures are scheduled to take place at 5 p.m. on Thursday, affecting Sam Houston Street from the Frontage Road on the South Side to Business Highway 77 on the North end.

Traffic will be detoured for the North and South traffic on Travis and Reagan Streets.

The roads will reopen once the parade has ended.
