Salvation Army distributes meals to residents impacted by storm

MCALLEN Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Salvation Army and the City of McAllen partnered Tuesday to serve hot meals to residents impacted by last week's storm.

Tuesday's distribution took place at the Palmview Community Center.

"During times of crisis, McAllen comes together," said McAllen Mayor Javier Villalobos. "We are deeply grateful to The Salvation Army for stepping up to help our community by providing warm meals to those affected by the storm."
