Rubiano: Labor shortages are affecting the RGV’s construction industry

MCALLEN, Texas – Ricardo Rubiano is founder and principal of Rubi Group Capital and co-founder of Open EB5. 

He is currently trying to bring new investment into the Rio Grande Valley from Mexico. 

In an exclusive interview with the Rio Grande Guardian International News Service, Rubiano said there is still great interest from foreign businesses in moving to the United States. 

However, he said a new concern is the availability of labor. 

“This labor thing is an issue. We need to address it,” Rubiano said.
