RioPlex in Houston: Grace Lingow’s remarks from the podium

HOUSTON, Texas – RioPlex hosted its “Texas Port to the Stars Foreign Direct Investment Summit” at the Westin Galleria in Houston on April 10th, 2025.

It was the first time the region – the Rio Grande Valley and northern Tamaulipas – had promoted itself at a summit held outside its boundaries.

One of the speakers at the event was Grace Lingow, general director of the American Chamber of Commerce, Mexico, northeast chapter. Here is a video recording of her speech:
