RioPlex in Houston – An interview with Martín Anzaldúa 

HOUSTON, Texas – RioPlex hosted its “Texas Port to the Stars Foreign Direct Investment Summit” at the Westin Galleria in Houston on April 9th and 10th, 2025.

It was the first time the region – Rio Grande Valley and northern Tamaulipas – had promoted itself at a summit held outside its boundaries.

One of the board members of RioPlex is Martín Anzaldúa, president of Grupo Río San Juan. During the summit, the Rio Grande Guardian International News Service secured an interview with Anzaldúa.
