Rio Grande Valley Humane Society offers low-cost vaccine clinic

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Rio Grande Valley Humane Society discusses its adoption process and available pets.

Ben, a one-year-old yellow lab retriever mix, is up for adoption, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has a neuter appointment scheduled.

His adoption fee is $100, which includes vaccinations, microchipping, and surgery. The society also offers a low-cost vaccine clinic sponsored by Harlingen Medical Center and First Community Bank, with packages costing $36 for dogs and $26 for cats.

They currently have about 15 dogs and cats in foster homes. Viewers are encouraged to adopt Ben and register for the vaccine clinic on September 27.
