Rio Grande Valley Christmas Forecast

RIO GRANDE VALLEY, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Christmas is upon us and here in the Rio Grande Valley, outdoor plans are a must! Highs will be in the 80s, lows in the 60s, and rain chances will be less than 10%.

Even if you celebrate on the beach, the conditions will be wonderful!

Our forecast is nearly 10 degrees above average, as far as Christmas highs go.

So it is no surprise we will not see any snow this year!

If you are planning your New Year's Eve, expect more heat! The entire county is forecast to be warmer than normal, according to the Climate Prediction Center.
